Before attending Fortis I was a welder.  I used to do robotic welding.  I just mainly was in plants, manufacturing plants.

I wanted to make a change in my career because I felt like my calling was to help people and I always wanted to make people feel better about themselves and I just felt like the dental field would be the easiest way to go to get the instant gratification that I needed to help people.

I chose to attend Fortis because I did a lot of research on all of the schools that offered dental assisting and I thought Fortis would be the right fit for me because of the location, the price was good and it worked around my schedule.
