Before I came to Fortis I was bartending and also a server.

I decided to change because I was looking for something more stable.  I was pregnant with my first child, with Bailey, and I needed something that I could be in long-term.

If I had not come to Fortis then I wouldn’t be able to do what I do now because in order to do what I do you have to have that degree.

I have health benefits now, I’m able to take off and get paid time off so we can go on vacations.  I have better hours so I’m able to be with them on the weekends instead of having to work on the weekends and I’m just all around like financially stable and that’s the whole reason why I took this journey is for stability.
