I am a proud graduate of FORTIS Institute. When I decided to go back into the work force three years ago, FORTIS was very instrumental in giving me the foundation that I needed to go into any job interview and confidently sell myself as a reliable and capable employee.

FORTIS helped to reintroduce basic laboratory skills that I acquired when I was in college but it also brought forth new ideas that were taking place in the workplace today.

My externship immediately led to a job where I ran an in-house microbiology lab and held the position of Supervisory Lab Technician. From there I made a move to a new job where my job title is Microbiologist and I perform growth promotion tests. Every day always brings new challenge in my job and I thank FORTIS for giving me the skills and knowledge to tackle them when they come along.
